ISLAMABAD: The Power Division here on Wednesday notified the establishment of a cell headed by Syed Saleem Ahmed, of the Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC) to monitor the uninterrupted supply of electricity across the country during the monsoon season.
According to the notification, the competent authority is pleased to establish a cell for monitoring uninterrupted power supply during monsoon season, 2025 and for ensuring early restoration of electric supply throughout the country headed by Syed Saleem Ahmed, Director, PPMC.
The cell shall be operational 24/7 throughout the monsoon season and shall work in liaison with the concerned CEO of DISCO and shall submit daily reports of complaints received and resolved to the Additional Secretary, Power Division.
