ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has notified the new price of LPG with a reduction of Rs7.51 per kg effective from July 01, 2025.
The LPG producer price is linked with Saudi Aramco-CP and US$ dollar exchange rate. As compared to the previous month Saudi Aramco-CP has decreased by 4.29%. The average Dollar exchange rate has slightly increased by 0.47% resulting to decrease in LPG consumer price by Rs.88.71/11.8 kg cylinder (3.1%). The per Kg decrease in LPG consumer price is Rs.7.51.
The new LPG price per kg is now at Rs233 per kg. With the OGRA notification, the price of domestic LPG cylinder decreased by Rs81 and commercial cylinder Rs237. The price of official production of LPG has gone down by Rs6299 per metric ton. Now the domestic cylinder would be available at Rs2751 instead of Rs2838 and commercial cylinder at Rs10583 in place of existing Rs10920. Ends
