ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a reduction in Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) prices for December 2025, offering relief to gas consumers across the country.

In line with the federal government’s policy guidelines, OGRA determined the revised RLNG prices effective December 1, 2025. According to the notification, RLNG prices have declined for both Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) across transmission and distribution segments.

For SNGPL, the RLNG transmission price has been reduced from $11.4305 per MMBtu in November to $10.9186 per MMBtu in December, reflecting a 4.48 percent decrease, while the distribution price has fallen by 4.61 percent to $11.8280 per MMBtu.

Similarly, SSGCL consumers will see a notable reduction, with transmission prices dropping by 5.87 percent from $10.0652 to $9.4741 per MMBtu, and distribution prices declining by 5.90 percent to $10.7767 per MMBtu.

OGRA stated that the decrease in RLNG prices is primarily due to a reduction in the Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) price. Ends
